The Healthy Basics Program

Designed to address your health goals, this program focuses on resolving concerns specific to you and your body.  This series of counseling sessions will provide you with tools and structure for you to take control of your own health and well-being and to maintain it.

Your Program includes:

A series of counseling sessions, each including detailed recommendations as well as specific books, recipes, and materials related to your health and goals.  Sessions can be done in person or via phone. This unique approach provides meaningful, lasting results.
